由炎夏過渡至初冬，連續數個月天未亮就出門，她只為等待那個時刻。
晨光穿過雲層，逐寸灑落大地，漸將髮絲染成橙紅，橙光輕柔滲進皮膚紋理。
上星期聽過的刺耳說話、昨天恨過的人或事、幾個小時前還在纏繞腦袋的死結，彷彿都被眼前的日出分解、融掉。
她眼眶泛紅，有感一切一切，突然之間顯得不再重要。
世界雖然動盪，無力感充斥日常生活。但她總能在日出時份，為著眼前微小、短暫而重要的片刻感動，從山後緩緩冒起的太陽看見希望，獲得前進的動力。比如是，她可以用自己的形式為她的最愛－－腳下的這片土地而努力。她希望世界都能看見香港的美。
Kate（林樂儀），是一位內容創作者，短短兩年頻道擁有過八萬訂閱。這位沉迷追逐日出日落的女孩，熱愛大自然和到處探險。背上八公斤相機器材四出探索和拍攝，在終點開一罐可樂獎勵自己，是她的日常。
故事始於那年紐西蘭的旅行，她看過遠方Roy’s peak的日出，深深受震撼，同時想起香港的鳳凰山。
「為什麼外國的郊野公園對外宣傳得如此成功，而香港的美景卻甚少受關注？為何遊客來到香港只會到鬧市購物？」
源於一份不甘心，她把心一橫，決定全職投入影片創作，踏足香港不同角落，以鏡頭攝下她眼中的香港。誓要呈現香港五光十色的城市景觀以外，各種動人姿態與魅力。
娥眉洲、牛尾洲、月牙谷、北果洲‧‧‧‧‧‧你曾經聽過或去過這些地方嗎？當人們普遍認為必須穿越雲層、越過太平洋才有美景，Kate則走遍香港的懸崖峻嶺和溪澗、潛入外島的海洋，攝下各種與大眾想像中不一樣的香港。
除了證明香港也有值得欣賞的景色，Kate恆常上山下海，是因為她總可以在天地之間、山中，獲得大自然給予的力量與方向。
問及最深刻的一次經驗時，Kate談及某次在大嶼山獨自「走營」的兩日一夜。那次旅程，她面對難以找到水源、電話電力即將耗盡的困境。入夜又在營中被最恐懼的老鼠包圍，一夜無眠。各種挑戰令她情緒崩潰，她放聲大哭，但她討厭軟弱的自己，又發現自己原來不再享受孤獨。那夜，她在山上以僅餘的電力，分別打電話給男友和爸爸傾訴，哭著哭著卻記起自己如此被愛。在第二天的旅程中邊行山，邊沉澱，與自己對話。
「但其實，又何苦強迫自己必需一個人呢？」她坦言那次決定單獨出發的原因，是為了收看次數。而這次經驗，卻讓她更記得自己的初衷，其實毋須跟隨主流，並學懂接納自己、身邊的愛和支持自己的人。
從前一個人享受到處探索，到現時學懂享受與同伴同行。不論獨行或有同伴，置身山林間，Kate總可以聽見自己誠實的聲音，得到療癒。
如果心累了，不如就相約去山上，見證太陽升起的那個瞬間。
雖然過程可能就如見證過無數山上日出的Kate所指－－「既苦又甜」。
如果苦甜夾雜的滋味，原是生命，那麼就讓我們在每個等待之中，懷抱希望，一心感受分秒的流逝，珍惜身邊同行的同伴。而日出終將來臨。

Through hot summer to early winter, she went out before dawn for several months, just waiting for the moment.
The morning light passed through the clouds and fell on the ground, gradually dyeing the hair into orange-red, and the orange light gently penetrated into the skin.
The harsh words you heard last week, the people or things you hated yesterday, the knots that were still tangled in your head a few hours ago, all seemed to be disintegrated and melted by the sunrise in front of you.
Those things suddenly didn’t matter anymore. She began to tear up.
Although the world is in turmoil and a sense of powerlessness pervades daily life, she will always be moved by the small, short and important moment in front of her at the sunrises. She sees hope from the slowly rising sun behind the mountain and gains the motivation to move forward. For example, she can use her own way to work hard for her favorite place – the land under her feet. She hopes that the world can see the beauty of Hong Kong.
Kate (Lam Lokyee), a YouTuber and content creator, has more than 80,000 subscribers in just two years. This girl who is addicted to chasing the sunrise and sunset, loves nature and to adventure everywhere. Carrying eight kilograms of camera equipment on her back, exploring and shooting, and opening a can of Coke at the end to reward herself is her daily routine.
The story begins with a trip to New Zealand. She saw the sunrise of Roy’s peak and was deeply shocked, and at the same time thought of Phoenix Mountain in Hong Kong.
“Why are foreign country parks so successful in publicity, but little attention is paid to the beauty of Hong Kong? Why do tourists come to Hong Kong only to go shopping in the downtown area?”
She decided to devote herself to video creation full-time, go to different corners of Hong Kong, and use the camera to capture Hong Kong in her eyes. She vow to present a variety of nature charms in addition to the colorful urban landscape of Hong Kong.
Crescent Island, Ngau Mei Chau, Castle Peak Hinterland, North Ninepin Island……Have you ever heard of or visited these places? When it is generally believed that you must cross the clouds and the Pacific Ocean to have a beautiful island view, Kate traveled all over Hong Kong’s cliffs and streams, dived into the oceans of outer islands, and photographed all kinds of Hong Kong that was different from what the public imagined.
In addition to proving that Hong Kong also has scenery worth admiring, Kate often goes to nature because she can always get strength and direction from it.
When asked about the most profound experience, Kate thought of a two-day and one-night “walking camp” alone on Lantau Island. During that journey, she faced the dilemma of finding a water source and the power of her phone was about to run out. When the night came, she was even surrounded by rats in the camp. She couldn’t sleep all night. All kinds of challenges caused her mental breakdown. She burst into tears but hated her weak self and found that she no longer enjoyed loneliness. That night on the mountain, she called her boyfriend and father with the remaining electricity and all the tears. They reminded her how much she was loved.
On the second day of the journey, she had a dialogue with self. “But in fact, why would you force yourself to be alone?”
She admitted that the reason why she decided to go alone was for YouTube views. But this experience made her remember her original intention even more. In fact, she doesn’t need to follow the mainstream, but just learn to accept herself, the people who love and support her.
From the time when she enjoyed exploring everywhere by herself, now she has learned to enjoy walking with companions. Whether walking alone or with a companion, in the mountains and forests, Kate can always hear her honest voice and be healed.
If your heart is tired, why don’t you go to the mountains and witness the moment the sun rises.
Although the process may be as Kate, who has witnessed countless sunrises on the mountains, refers to it – “bitter and sweet”.
If life is the taste of bittersweetness, then let us hold hope in every waiting, feel the passing of every second, and cherish the companions around us. The sunrise will always come.

人的一生都在等待。當遇上我們無法控制的現實，便會等待，直到所期望的人、事物或情况出現。微小如烹飪，要煎至金黃才可翻面的豆腐，或等巴士、等𨋢等等；重大如等一個對的時候對的人，或變得更好的機遇出現。
這些等待都是必需的，未必只是浪費時間且漫長難耐，有時反而會令結果比直接得來的更甘甜美好。
One’s life is waiting. When confronted with a reality beyond our control, we wait. We wait until the desired person, thing or situation arises. Small things like cooking, we wait. Frying until golden brown to flip over the tofu, or waiting for a bus and elevators etc. Big things like waiting for the right person at the right time, or an opportunity to become better.
These waits are all necessary, not just a long and unbearable waste of time, but sometimes the results are sweeter and better after your wait than the direct ones.
